About
As the founder of Findmore, I’m a Master Certified Professional Coach and MSW with more than 25 years of experience working with nonprofits, community organizations, and small businesses. My passion for this work grew out of my own journey navigating the push and pull of nonprofit work and everyday family life, trying to stay grounded in what truly matters. I know firsthand how easy it is to become overwhelmed by the pace of life, and how transformative it can be to pause, reflect, and realign.
Throughout my career, I’ve helped mission-driven teams use data, dialogue, and reflection to strengthen strategy, deepen impact, and stay connected to purpose. As a researcher and evaluator, I bring a deep understanding of how learning and listening can guide meaningful change.
At Findmore, I bring together this mix of heart and strategy - combining coaching, facilitation, and creative tools to help teams and families reconnect with their values, nurture stronger relationships, and bring more intention and meaning into everyday life.
