How We Support Families
Life moves fast - work, school, meals, routines, repeat. It’s easy to get swept up and lose touch with what really matters. We help families pause to reflect and realign around the values and connections that make life meaningful.
Rooted in both lived experience and two decades of nonprofit work with families and communities, my approach recognizes that our personal and professional worlds are never truly separate. Whether you come as a caregiver, a couple, or a family, you are invited you to bring your whole self.
We use creative tools to make the process engaging and practical. It’s not about doing more; it’s about finding more meaning in the day-to-day.

PausePoints for Families: The 5 Session Framework
Our initial five-session PausePoints for Families coaching series follows a simple, flexible framework:
Arrive and Reflect
Begin by slowing down. Notice how life feels right now - what’s working, what’s feeling stretched, and what you most want to make space for. This session sets the tone: spacious, curious, and grounded in your family’s current season.
Clarify What Matters Most
Explore your individual and shared values, noticing where your energy feels most alive. This session helps you name what matters most and uncover what might be missing or ready for a shift.
Notice and Reimagine
Look with fresh eyes at your daily flow: time, routines, responsibilities, and rhythms. Identify the habits and obligations that may pull you off course, and imagine small, creative possibilities for more connection and meaning.
Create Small, Realistic Shifts
Turn insights into action by incorporating simple routines, rituals, or small adjustments that align with your values.
Reflect and Sustain
Celebrate progress and set gentle practices for moving forward.
What to Expect
You can come on your own or with a partner. Some caregivers begin individually, exploring their own values and goals before bringing ideas back to their household. We provide simple ways to engage your family through prompts, creative exercises, and gentle conversation guides. When helpful, we can also add family sessions - from reflective conversations to facilitated family meetings or even lighthearted family "strategic planning" - to help everyone feel included and heard.
We welcome families in all forms and definitions, honoring the many unique ways they exist and connect.
All coaching includes:
-
Optional creative reflection tools to explore together between sessions (e.g., values deck, vision board kit, journal, quizzes)
-
Email check-ins for accountability and encouragement
-
Sliding scale options and free consultations available
